EZ-DIGISIGN POLICIES

Privacy & Security Policy


All information provided through the EZ-DigiSign system is handled with high quality security technologies.

We do not share information processed through the EZ-DigiSign system with any third party with the exception of those financial institutions necessary to process credit card transactions.

All information is handled in the same care you have come to rely on as an EZ-DigiSign customer.


EZ-DigiSign Subscription 

There is no long-term contract to use the EZ-DigiSign subscription service. Unless otherwise stated, the agreement is month to month. Click below to review the complete terms and conditions.


Digital Signage Design Policy

To employ the EZ-DigiSign design services, payment and the Design Agreement should be sent to the EZ-DigiSign corporate office. We accept checks, electronic checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

The EZ-DigiSign Creative Development Agreement is presented when purchased online.  The EZ-DigiSign Development Agreement may be canceled at any time during the development process. The refund will equal the funds paid less a 15 percent cancellation fee (of the agreement total) and any labor, services, and material costs that EZ-DigiSign has incurred.

The labor hours will be billed at our standard billing rate. If the amounts paid are less than the cancellation fee and labor, service, and materials, then you are obligated to pay the difference.


The development time of your signage will vary based on the size and depth of your project and timely responses to our communication. Creative projects will commence on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Typical development time is 15 business days.

EZ-DigiSign Creative Development projects will commence on a time-line established by both an EZ-DigiSign representative and our customers. Digital signs will be developed and monthly fees will commence even if some content has not been received. Placeholders will be used until the content is received.


EZ-DigiSign Shipping Policy

EZ-DigiSign Players are high-quality technical devices of which exact timeframe may vary depending on product availability and preparation.  Upon completion of your order, we will provide you with an estimated ship date.

To determine the approximate date of delivery for your order, you should add the appropriate number of days for the shipping option you chose to the estimated ship date (see the following shipping options).

The following shipping options are available.

Next Business Day Delivery

With the next business day delivery option, your EZ-DigiSign Player will be scheduled for prompt delivery on the business day.

2nd Business Day Delivery

This service is an efficient alternative for EZ-DigiSign Player shipments that need to arrive fast but do not require next business day delivery.

3-5 Day Ground Delivery

For a dependable and low-cost option, Ground Delivery is an excellent choice if quick delivery is not critical for the arrival of your EZ-DigiSign Player. (Continental U.S only).

Ship-To Prohibitions

Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. EZ-DigiSign will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, hotel or PO Box.

EZ-DigiSign Player Return Policy

EZ-DigiSign values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for most EZ-DigiSign Players you purchase directly from us. Under this policy, you may return to EZ-DigiSign, within seven (7) business days, the EZ-DigiSign player you purchased directly from EZ-DigiSign for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping, handling and applicable restocking fees. All EZ-DigiSign hardware, accessories, peripherals and parts must be returned and they must be in their original unopened package. You must ship the EZ-DigiSign at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. 

No refunds or returns on special orders.

Restocking Fees

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a EZ-DigiSign error, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, and parts.  

How to Return

To return products, you must contact EZ-DigiSign Technical Support and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the seven (7) day return policy period.  You must ship the products to EZ-DigiSign within five (5) days of the date that EZ-DigiSign issues the Return Merchandise Authorization Number. 

Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, EZ-DigiSign will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
